MTED TRADE WEEK
Ministry of Revenue & Customs supporting Ministry of Trade & Economic Development Trade Week throughout the Friendly Islands of Tonga! An opening ceremony on the 24th of August 2021 with a theme " Investing in Tonga's Economic Recovery "
The following are objectives of MTED TRADE WEEK
1. To provide a platform for all organizations that are involved in facilitating economic and trade activities to come together and showcase to the general public and businesses the type of services they can access from each respective organization;
2. To consistently improve the relationships of all stakeholders in the economic sector;
3. To provide an opportunity for an informal but meaningful dialogue between the government and the private sector;
4. To provide programs and activities that will allow youths to start thinking about their future and the economy.
