Tax Agents are certified tax experts registered with the Ministry that can assist you in addressing any tax matter. Only registered Tax Agents can charge a fee for rendering their services.

Register as a Tax Agents

To register as a Tax Agent, you need to complete and submit the documents listed below:

• Form 11  –  Application for Registration as a Tax Agent

• Registration fee (a) for an individual, $300; or (b) for any other person, $500.

• Form 13  –  Application for an additional or substituted nominee of a registered tax agent.

• Registration fee $100 per nominee

Renew your Registration

Renewing of Tax Agent has to be done annually.

To renew as a Tax Agent, you need to submit the documents listed below:

• Form 12 - Application for renewal of registration as a tax agent

• List of taxpayer clients

• Registration fee (a) for an individual, $500; or (b) for any other person, $800.

Registration and renewal documents will need to be submitted to the  Head Office.
